Projects and interventions

At the Elsass Foundation, we want to help individuals with CP gain the greatest possible influence on their life, for example, through independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.

We work in four key areas to reach this goal:

  • Developing knowledge through research, including work based on data from our own studies
  • Communicating knowledge to people with CP and their families
  • Developing and carrying out activities for people with CP and their families
  • Developing competence, for example, through seminars and conferences for health professionals

From research to practice

We take an interdisciplinary approach to translating knowledge into practice through a close collaboration between scientists, health professionals, and people with CP. All the programmes we offer are based on knowledge from research and surveys of people with CP and their families.
